TLC Recognised as an ESG Care Organization

Total Loyalty Company (TLC) has been recognised as an ESG Care Organization by the Institute of ESG & Benchmark (IESGB).
For the past 15 years in Hong Kong, TLC has made employee engagement the core of what it does, helping organisations build happy, healthy workplaces. This recognition highlights the important role employee engagement can play as part of a company's ESG strategy.
Sam Lau, CEO of Total Loyalty Company believes that his recognition matters more than ever. “Even with the rapid rise of generative AI and AI agents, the future of work remains human-centred. The 'S' in ESG has traditionally not been focused on, with ESG highlighting sustainability more, and it might have been left just as a box to tick.”
“However, when people thrive, organisations compound value, where trust, retention, productivity, and brand all strengthen. Technology can support this, but it can't replace it,” added Sam.
For TLC, the focus on the "S" in ESG will continue into 2026. The company will continue to help clients put culture and wellbeing front and centre through year-round programmes designed for organisations of all sizes. Through curated perks, engaging events, and targeted communications, TLC aims to create meaningful moments of care and connection throughout the year, rather than through ad hoc initiatives.
TLC also believes that employee engagement programmes can play an important role in ESG reporting. While there is not yet a single universal benchmark for the social dimension of ESG, participation and utilisation data, campaign reach, pulse feedback, sentiment signals, engagement trends, and case narratives can help organisations communicate their social impact more clearly and credibly in reports and stakeholder updates.
