A First for Hong Kong: Certified Carbon Neutral Office Marketplace Launches

Total Loyalty Company (TLC) has successfully delivered Hong Kong's first Certified Carbon Neutral Office Marketplace for Henderson Land Development Company Limited.

Developed in collaboration with Riskory Consultancy Limited, the initiative demonstrates how employee events can achieve carbon neutrality while creating meaningful ESG value.

Traditionally, carbon neutral certification has been associated with large-scale conferences, exhibitions, and major events due to the cost and complexity involved in measuring, auditing, and offsetting carbon emissions. Working with Riskory, TLC explored how the same standards could be applied to workplace engagement events.

The result was an innovative approach that made carbon neutral certification achievable for the TLC Office Marketplace. The event achieved certified carbon neutral status, with independently verified outcomes and a formal Carbon Neutral Event Certificate presented to the client.
