Partnering with SWD on the 3E Project
Updated: Aug 25

Total Loyalty Company (TLC) has embarked on a meaningful collaboration with the HKSAR Social Welfare Department (SWD) on the “Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities Through Small Enterprise” (3E) Project.
The partnership reflects TLC's commitment to supporting social enterprises and empowering underrepresented groups across Hong Kong.
Funded by the Social Welfare Department, the 3E Project provides seed money to assist eligible organisations in establishing social enterprises that create long-term employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. Each social enterprise under the programme ensures that at least 50% of its staff are persons with disabilities, creating sustainable inclusion and meaningful career opportunities.
Commenting on the collaboration, Sam Lau, CEO of Total Loyalty Company, said:
“At TLC, delivering business excellence goes hand in hand with fostering an inclusive community. This strategic partnership with SWD marks a significant step in our ongoing commitment to support social enterprises and empower underrepresented groups across Hong Kong.”
TLC looks forward to connecting more social enterprises funded under the 3E Project with the corporate employee community and sharing updates as new initiatives are rolled out.
